That's one way - either using a shared library or loading a specific 
movie in.  You'll have to edit all your current source for this to work 
though...

http://flasm.sourceforge.net/ or http://ming.sourceforge.net/ allow you 
to edit bytecode inside an existing .swf - should be easy enough to 
write a batch file.
