PierToPier, Chillispot
Chillispot should theoretically port to one of POSIX layers for Win32
(cygwin or interix)
but you're probably better off rolling out Access Points using FreeBSD
running Chillispot & using IAS to do the accounting. I've tried to port
chillispot to the other BSD's & OS X but it's not quiet there yet, It
builds successfully but the code todo with tun interfaces needs sorting
out which pretty much makes it useless atm.
