[BNM] Web based browser?

I think we all understand.....its just when you deconstruct the idea it
leads to whole load of other issues. Like how to you browse the browser? At
the root of it you need to "get there" first.
Yes, it's a website.....but how to you "see" that website? All web based
apps - whether they are HTML, Flash or whatever have to "viewed" by
something...
It's chicken and egg....or it's a terminal of some description - whether it
is a browser or a "thing" that lets you access the web based browser.

the reason i've sat on this, and not told anyone is that you don't get it..
