[BNM] Web based browser?

the reason i've sat on this, and not told anyone is that you don't get it..
therefor the world isn't ready... you'd think on a list like this
people would understand. WTF are you on about "x server" rubbish, why
the hell would i want to do that?
it's a "website" people, come on!!
you know, like you have web based apps? written in html and stuff??
