[BNM] Web based browser?

this is an idea i had a couple of years ago... totally possible.
there are examples of things that come close, but are just that one
step away that is enough to make them pointless.
i think there is a netvibes plugin that almost does it.
it's a question of what lives in side what though.. is the browser a
plugin to a website, or is the browser the website. if that makes
sense...
