[BNM] Web based browser?

Hello all

As we probably know / are finding out - most useful tools for the web are
based on the web....

delicious/netvibes/gmail etc etc

all freeing us from one computer - it seems the only thing that still
doesn't seem to be going this way are browsers. At home I have a bunch of FF
extensions installed - but a new PC at work means a bit of an ordeal to get
it in line with my other home set up and get me the extensions I am used to.

Can a web based browser work? Is it even possible? Is there already such a
thing?
