Subject: [BNM] Flash printing orienation

Hi all,

[Has anyone else notice i seem to have loads of question lately]

Right I'm a very heavy person on extremely thin ice here... The ice has been
writen in flash and i know nothing of about flash, other than its baayydd.

What i'm trying to do is print a scene on A4 in landscape. We cant just use
the browser's print function becuase the print out will then have the all
the VLE webpage round it and all we really want is the flash training scene

I've investigate the PrintJob class and whilst is has orientation varaible
it seems to be a read only value set by the user - if they can be bothered.
One thing i'm almost 100% sure of is they wont bother - but they will ring
up and complain.

>So my other option is to use the PrintBitmap function and do a rotate just
>before and then rotate back just after. Which is a bit flaky at best.

>So my question is what do flash gurus do to get round this problem ???

As always any help appreciated

Simon
