[BNM] General purpose form validation script?

Hi folks

I'm looking for a free, general-purpose PHP script to validate HTML forms.
It needs to be able to validate email addresses, check if certain fields are
filled or not, and alert the user if fields are wrongly filled etc. The
ability to email off the results would be handy too.

Any suggestions?
