Yeah, and doing 70 MPH down a narrow residential street is perfectly
safe, as long as you have enough testosterone and cocaine running
through you.
I was using the word 'street' in it's proper sense, referring to both
the pavement and the tarmacadam, as in 'our street'. If I had meant to
talk about children playing in the traffic, I'd have said so. And to
be perfectly clear, I'm using 'pavement' in the English sense, not the
American meaning.

That's why I'm moving. Cos someday, I'm going to have a white van
going one way, and a penis-replacement-XR5i going the other way, and
parts of both will end up all over the pavement.
And I think you'll find that race tracks are the proper place for fast
sports cars, unless they've repealed the national speed limit while I
wasn't looking.
