Streets are for fast sports cars.

Pavements are for children as are gardens and parks etc...

However if you have issues with sports cars in your garden, park or on the
pavement I suggest taking it up with the police ;D

Eastbourne is taking a load of overflow from both south London (booo) and
Brighton (yay) especially in the harbour, and the train takes all of 11
minutes or something silly
