[BNM] BNM: Formatting characture e.g. CO2

Hi list

Got and query here - is there a way of formatting the term 'CO2' but
displaying the number to at half the size and positioned top right of
the uper case O. similar to meters square, h20..

If any one has come accross this before and knows a solutiuon to my
problem I would be more than greatful.
