Cheers for all the tips. I've much googled and really am after
recommendations. Someone (here at work) suggested Burn4free which wasn't
quite what we want. Thanks for all the "I've used this" type of stuff
that's exactly what we're after.

As for moving to a different OS; not by August no. We have to supply what
our Employers ask for; they currently want a Windows Environment. We can
influence but in a small way. I'm told that (actually I've read the report
but about 5 years ago) another University found that by switching to
another environment could result in a loss of over 100 hundred new
students. The Campus Agreement (how we get MS stuff) costs less than this
and so the decision is not to change. While this report exists or is not
challenged with new evidence then we're not likely to change. I don't have
the report now.

Our backend web, mail, and other stuff is not Windows based- much.

Thanks for all the tips
Jason
