I know this is a hen's teeth situation, but anyone know of any NHS
dentists accepting new patients? Daughter is developing 1st two teeth,
and want to make a start on good habits early. Plus our dentist
recently dropped out of the NHS (he's been planning it for years - the
new contacts was just an excuse...) so Mum and Dad need toothcare
too...

PS: Plumbers, Dentists, now why didn't my careers adviser push me that
way... "yes, electronics and compuers is a growth area right now, all
very new and exciting and will be huge in the 1990s, but by the time
you're forty, all the action will be in China and the Indian
subcontinent - you'd be better off going into dentistry or
plumbing..."  Actually, I was in trouble for doing the new electronics
A-Level (computer studies didn't exist back then): "We don't think any
university would accept it - no track record - why not do Chemistry
instead?"
