[BNM] 'Elastic Layouts' redundant?

Hi BNM,

Now IE7 offers a decent page zoom[1] that scales the text and images
smoothly[2], and that all browsers not already doing this will
probably follow suit, is there any reason to develop Elastic
layouts[3] any more?
