As I understand it, Good Energy (www.good-energy.co.uk) are owned by
Monkton Group, and Monkton Group own renewable generation capacity.
There was a spat between the two companies in the press (the
Ecologist, AFAIR) about this (fairly) recently.

At the end of the day, I think the important thing is to go for a 100%
renewable supplier, otherwise the profits from your 'green'
electricity just go into the pockets of the fossil fuel mavens.

Hmm. gas...
I suppose the logical extension of that is to sell petrol and diesel
(laced to the max with biodiesel, of course) too?
