I get mine through http://www.greenenergy.uk.com/ They do a 100% green 
tariff with no resale of 'certificates' to other energy companies.

I've no idea what any of that means, but apparently, the energy market 
is riddled with complications and it's hard to know if your energy has 
actually come from renewables. There's more on the friends of the earth

Turns out they don't even do a league table any more as it's so 
complicated...
