[BNM] putting a value on a website

Hi all,
slightly off topic but I have a journalist friend who
owns and writes for a community website with a large
user base. She has a number of sponsors whose
contracts are expiring. How can she estimate the value
of her site? Eg. what is the value of individual
visitors, membership lists, the amount of content on
the site? Are there industry standards on assessing
the value?

Any help appreciated.
