I think they *should* have a 600ft tower (April Fool notwithstanding). 
They should make it in the shape of a giant middle finger pointing 
upwards. Perhaps it could be on a rotating (fist-shaped) base so that it 
could be turned to face either inwards, towards the sea-front residents 
so that they would know how the Council really felt about them, or out 
to sea, towards France.
