I think what the council should do in the meantime is put one of those 
four-gun machine-gun-turrets like they had on the back of Lancaster 
Bombers on it - keep all those pesky starlings off etc.

It would create jobs as well. Well... a job. It would be a good job though.


So that's my thought for the day.
