[BNM] Need proggie to make image maps

Hi, 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a program to make image maps out
of images? Something free is preferred.

I used to use Dreamweaver, but I haven't got it any more and it was a
bit of a big lump to use just for drawing some squares on an image
occasionally.
