[BNM] MySQL auto data export

Anyone know if there is a way in MySQL for windows to automatically
export the data from a collection of databases ?

I want to ensure that I have a copy each night of the databases, but it
would seem that doing a straight copy of the database flat files isn't
gonna be the best route.

Any ideas ?
